As the VP of Human Resources for CM Labs Simulations in Montreal, I joined in 2022 with a mission to elevate our practices in hiring, compensation, organizational development, talent retention, and employee engagement. Previously leading HR at OneSpan and Directed Electronics, I oversaw all strategic HR functions both in Canada and the US, focusing my expertise on the R&D hub that is the Montreal office. Bringing over 14 years of experience as a certified HR leader working exclusively in the Tech and Engineering industry, I’m passionate about engagement and recognition in the workplace, employee wellness and the overall employee experience.
