I am a seasoned human resource executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic human resource management across various industries and organizational settings. My professional journey includes setting up and scaling HR departments, implementing modernization initiatives, and fostering a robust corporate culture for business growth. Currently, I lead Human Resources for Bollore Canada within the logistics division of the CMA CGA Group, overseeing HR strategies and activities across the organization. 
 
In my previous role as Senior Director of Human Resources for Fuel Transport and Logistics, I developed strategic HR policies in recruitment, performance management, and talent retention. At NanoXplore Inc., as Global Director of Human Resources, I led the company's HR function globally, driving service excellence and key business initiatives. I also collaborated with senior executives on mission, vision, and values alignment post-acquisitions. 
 
Additionally, I served as the Associate Director of Strategic Human Resources and Planning at McGill University Health Centre, focusing on operational efficiencies and data-driven decision-making. At Newalta, I managed HR, payroll, and benefits, fostering union-management relationships and enhancing employee engagement. During my tenure at Bell Canada International Inc., I progressed from a lower-level position to Global Manager of Human Resources, Payroll & Benefits, supporting complex client groups with globally dispersed employees.
