I work at BNP Paribas in Montreal, Canada, as the Head of Learning and Development. In his role I lead the strategy and execution of the following portfolios: Learning and development, Performance Management, Hi potential employee development and Succession Planning. 

Prior to BNPP, I gained extensive experience and expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Coaching and Mentoring with British American Tobacco. At BAT, I worked across 3 locations starting in Lagos, Nigeria, before moving to London, England and finally Montreal, Canada. While in England, I led the Regional Talent team for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA). 

I began my professional career in management consulting with KPMG Professional Services before later moving on to Accenture. 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Textile Sci and Technology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters in Organizational Development and Leadership, from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. I’m a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a certified change manager with PROSCI.
